Internet speed is getting very slow

Dear Sir/Madam, The internet in my flat is getting very slow recently. Especially the outcome signal is extremely slow, for example, even send out an email takes a while. Could you please check what happens with my internet? Or you kindly tell me what should I do. Thank you very much.

Hi Stefan,

Last Thursday (1.03.2018) your colleague called me and informed me that your company will send a technician to our apartment to fix the DSL problem in the morning on Monday (yesterday, 5.03.2018). I was waiting at home for the whole day, but nobody was coming. Yesterday afternoon, I received a message from O2 team that my Ticket 6971477 was finished!!! I called your hotline, but it was a machine answer. The internet in my apartment was completely defect since last Friday. I thank you very much for your help but I have to complain your company's service. What should I do now? I really appreciate if you could ask your company to send a technician to help us as soon as possible.

Hello @Wutian,

I just had a look on your DSL connection, it looks stable to me and I can see no disconnects. So it seems to me the issue has been solved.

To test internet speed. it should be able to open a webpage. its super slow, i am opening one single page after 5 minutes.

Your O2 internet speed is super shitty, i would never make again contract with O2. i was happy with Vodafone and their service. Never had complain in past 4 years.

We are customer and try to help peopel that need help and want that help.

I am not customer of Vodafone. I have O2DSL and my dsl router number is 030 xxxxx968.:)
