Hello. I need to terminate my DSL Young tariff (without contract). I've created a termination notice on site and now I need to call on 0800 41 42 407 to confirm termination within 10 days. Am I right that I have to call from my landline phone number? Or I can call from mobile? Because I have no landline phone in my apartment. Can I confirm termination by post or in o2 shop?

you also can use youre mobil number, a 0800 number means taht the call is for free.



A termination in at a o2 shop is not possible but you can sent a letter to o2 by post to
