Hello all,
I waited 3 weeks to have my DSL installed, paid 50€ to that, and seems that it's not working.
The guy who came at my appartment, told me to connect the DSL router(homebox 6741), and an auto configuration should occur.
The current situation is that the router sometimes connects (for 2 minutes) but most of the time is with DSL light blinking slowly.
When I call, it is impossible to reach any person on the phone, because all the menus are in German.
Can somebody help me?

as far as I can see you already reached our customer service and a trouble ticket has been opened for you. Unfortunately it is still being worked on, as soon as there is any news or should questions arise you will be informed via SMS.

Thank you for your message.
Indeed there is on ticket opened for my problem. Therefore, today the Deutsch Telekom guy were at my house, and told me that the problem was outside. He stayed there working for some minutes, came back to me and said that should be working in 15 minutes.
8 hours already passed and I still don't have the service working.
I am really disappointed with the lack of knowledge of O2 and Deutsch Telekom. It's unbelievable that we are talking about a service which is already paid, the installation too, and none of you can solve the problem in 7 days.
Just came back from the office and called the O2 Hotline, waited 35 minutes, and gave up.
Lars, I hope O2 call me to find a solution in the next 12 hours, otherwise it will be late.
Tomorrow I will go to O2 store and ask for cancellation for something I even started using.
I feel sorry for yourself and all your customers.
I hope you getting better in the near future.
