I signed a contract for VDSL with o2 and the connection was activated on Feb 28th 2019. Since then, there is no internet in my router modem though I tried different setting. Another technician came with a device to measure signal from the cable and said the signal was OK, which I knew that didn't mean anything to the internet to the router.
Could you please kindly provide me the right configuration for the router, such as VDSL_VID, VPI/VCI, etc.. The information is below:
- Router: TP-Link TD-W9980B
- Firmware: 0.6.0.2.10 v0022.0 build 150519 rel.57562n
- Contract username:
