Hello @Tz1993, welcome to our o2 community :-)

I merged your two threads here so we have all information gathered at one place :-)

How does it look like now? Is everything working now as it should? Or are there still existing some issues woth the DSL connection? :-)

Regards,

Lars

After I take over the Internet contract from my former roommate, I couldn’t connect to the Internet. I reset the router, but the webpage of o2.box shows as following:

What should I do to active the router and connect to the Internet?

Another question is that if the Zugangs-PIN is the VoIP PIN in mein-O2?

The changeover when changing the contract holder can take some time. It is best to try again the next day, if necessary perform a factory reset on the router.
The terms “Zugangs-PIN” and “VoIP-PIN” are used synonymously.

Hello @Tz1993 and thanks for your feedback :-)

I am glad to hear that a reset of the router fixed the issue :-)
