Not receiving data usage messages, cannot extend data after daily limit

I am using the 'Unlimited on Demand' postpaid pack, which I believe allows me to get additional 2 GB data by messaging WEITER to 80112 after using the daily 10 GB limit.

But this is not working and I am also not receiving the notification when I used 80 percent of the 10 GB data.

No notification by SMS at all, even if it's 100 percent used up. It just suddenly drops in speed and that's when I know the daily usage limit is up.

On the App it just shows unbegrenzt or unlimited instead of the data consumption. 

Someone Please help resolve this issue.

Based on your description, there shouldn't be a problem.
Have you never received a text message regarding your data volume since the start of your contract?
Does text message reception and sending work in general?

Yes, text messaging work in general. Previously I used a prepaid SIM card. When I got postpaid sim card last month, I changed the postpaid number with my old Prepaid number from an o2 store. Idk if that's relevant information 

 

All other options are working fine except this data consumption notification via message and data extension via WEITER prompt.
