Two orders for the product

Hello, i did order internet connection, but in status there are two separate orders for it. Also my phone number is with german prefix, is it possible to change my contact phone number ?

I've reviewed your orders and it turns out two contracts were indeed ordered on the same day (one by phone and one online). I'll cancel the second order immediately, and you'll receive confirmation by email.

Both orders are identical, so I'm canceling the later online order.

Your contact phone number must be a German number. Otherwise, our staff or technicians might not be able to reach you. Do you perhaps have an alternative phone number? Then please have it changed tomorrow with our English speaking support on 089/66 66 300 81.

You can change your contact number in My o2 after activation. You will be informed about further steps via email or letter!

It still doesn't fix double order problem.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a duplicate order. It could also be that the first order was canceled and then re-placed. Pay attention to how many order confirmations you receive.

I did get two confirmations which is strange :), with different order numbers.

Then cancel the order via email.
