SIM card is not working. Need help.

I just bought the new phone and I transferred from my old phone to the new phone but then came up to screen it said do you wanna eSIM card then I pressed yes but then I delete it so my SIM card is not working right now

Unfortunately I don’t get excactly what is the problem you descibed. You changed the phone and made a data transfer. In this case you deleted the eSIM or did you use a plastic SIM and wanted to change to eSIM by pressing the button?

Could you please explain with more details?
