Hello,

I noticed my prepaid order status shows "o2 Loop PayGo / pSIM 5GNSA," which seems to be a physical SIM card. My order number is 155314501.

I actually intended to apply for an eSIM so I can activate it immediately. Since the order is still "In Bearbeitung" (In progress), is it possible for an O2 moderator to help me change this order to an eSIM? Or could you guide me on how to cancel this and re-order the eSIM version?
