ordering a SIM card

Good morning! 

A SIM card was ordered and paid for around 11 a.m. yesterday. There is no information on delivery, when will the SIM card arrive and how long to expect it? 

When will the delivery be made?

The SIM card arrives by post and is not tracked. It may take up to 5 days for it to arrive. :)
