my sim card have never arrived

My sim card have never arrived me so I haven’t activated any sim card but I got an email that I will be charged. I don’t want to be charged from the service that I could not use.

I am sorry that you have not yet received your SIM card.
It is good that you have contacted us.
We have no way of knowing whether the card has arrived or not.
Please call the Hotline and ask them to send you a replacement card.
Please also check the delivery address. 🌸
