Letzter Rettungsversuch: Kann eine Rufnummer nach Fristablauf auf eine neue Prepaid-Karte reaktiviert werden?

Hello dear O2 community and dear support team,

I know I have a huge problem: My old O2 prepaid SIM card was deactivated well over 90 days ago. I'm fully aware that the official deadline for number porting has unfortunately passed.

Since this number is extremely important to me both personally and professionally, I wanted to ask if there's any chance of a goodwill gesture? If the number hasn't been reassigned yet, would it be possible to manually mirror/reactivate it on a new, fresh O2 prepaid SIM card? I would, of course, cover all associated costs.

It's my absolute dream song, my heartfelt wish, and my last hope. I would be incredibly grateful for a quick review by a presenter.

The old number was: 0176852202**

Best regards,

After deactivation, you have 90 days to port your phone number to another provider. Once that time has elapsed, your number is unfortunately gone forever.

Hello @Aleem062,

I’m really sorry, but I can only confirm that there’s no way to do that. Even though the number is now available, it’s not possible to reclaim it on a pay-as-you-go plan, as we don’t offer the option to choose your own number on those plans. I’m sorry.

Best regards,
Dennis
