Failed to Activate O2 eSIM & Unable to Set/Reset Account Password

I applied for an eSIM through your official online website and completed the KYC verification successfully. However, I have encountered two critical technical issues that stop me from activating my eSIM and accessing my account.

1. eSIM Activation Link Failure

The eSIM activation URL provided after KYC cannot load normally on any browser, which means I have no way to finish activating my new eSIM profile.

2. Account Password Setup & Reset Malfunction

- I received the password setup email sent to my registered mailbox, but the link inside this email does not work. After I submit my new password, the website pops up an error indicating the password failed to be saved.

- I also tried the self-service password reset function on your site to create a new password, yet the system keeps prompting an incorrect password error even when I follow all the steps correctly.

I cannot activate my eSIM or log into my O2 account due to these persistent system faults.

How could I solve these problems?

Prepaid or postpaid? Is this for a new contract, or for an additional SIM card or a replacement card?

You do not log in for prepaid registration. Complete the registration there without being logged in.

https://www.o2online.de/sim-karte-aktivieren/passwort-vergeben/?idNowOrderId=XXX

After completing the KYC process, I entered this link. After the connection was redirected to the page, it kept loading without any result. Therefore, I was unable to activate the eSIM and also couldn't register through the above connection. What should I do?

KYC refers to scanning my passport when applying for an eSIM.

The identity verification process takes place only after registration, not at the time of ordering!

Even so, the activation should have been linked at the time of placing the order, and I've completed the identity verification process. However, after the redirect, the page keeps loading without displaying any eSIM information. Should I keep waiting for it to load?
