Hello,

My O2 prepaid eSIM was deleted from my iPhone. I had already requested a SIM replacement before deleting it. I am currently abroad and cannot receive SMS on the deleted eSIM. The replacement activation now requires an SMS verification or sends the QR code to my old German address. I need help activating a new eSIM.Please send me a new QR CODE to activate my eSIM,I don’t know where to find the costumer service agent,so I write this mail,please help me, that phone number is very important to me,

    Hello,

    Ich habe meine eSIM versehentlich gelöscht. Jetzt kann ich den SMS-Bestätigungscode nicht mehr empfangen und kann die Ersatz-eSIM nicht aktivieren. Ich brauche einen neuen eSIM-QR-Code. Kann ich bitte mit einem Mitarbeiter sprechen?

      "Hello, I am currently abroad and my physical SIM card is broken. I have ordered an eSIM replacement, but I cannot complete the 2-step verification because I cannot receive the SMS verification code, and I cannot receive mail at my German address right now.       This don’t work. You can only receive it via QR Code in Germany, or SMS. It’s a security requirement
