Didn’t allow to buy number with contract

Hello 

Im new in germany , 6 months here 

i applied online for a number with contract nonlimited internet  online at o2 , and i get the email that told me the resquest is refused , but they didnt give me the reason why is refused .

Hello @JonisK,

No one here can give you the reason either, contact the information office. You can find the address in the rejection.

    As Vilureef has already written, we here are not privy to any of the information for refused contracts. If you want to know more you can write to the “Auskunftsstelle” that should be listed in the document that you got with the rejection.
