Unable to Create O2 Account – Ongoing Issue for Over 3 Months


I have been trying to contact customer service for more than 3 months, but unfortunately, I have not received any helpful support.

I am facing an issue while creating an account with O2. I have tried both the browser and the app, but after completing the entire process, it keeps redirecting me back to the login page instead of creating my account.

I have attempted this multiple times, but the issue still persists. I would really appreciate it if someone could assist me in resolving this problem.

Is the card active? Are you trying to register the phone number there?

Yes , card is activated also. Im making and receiving calls also. The link you have shared I have been trying to create account through that but its not working.

When Im putting my number as Username it says : The verification code has been sent. But I’m not getting any code .

Normally when Im trying to register it is sending my code on SMS but with this forgot password its not sending anything

Try using a different browser for registration, preferably on a desktop PC via an anonymous tab!

What exactly do you enter as your username?

As you have mentioned above also; Username = Phone number. So I’m using contact number.
