Unable to access eSIM QR Code after identity verification

Hi everyone / o2 Team,

I recently completed my Video-Ident identity verification for my Prepaid eSIM order (Order number: xxxxxxxxxxxxx) and received the confirmation email stating that verification was successful.

However, when I try to log in to the Mein o2 portal to access my eSIM QR code, my account keeps redirecting me to the o2 Community forum instead of showing my customer dashboard. My account seems decoupled from my new eSIM profile, so I am unable to view my new phone number or download the eSIM profile.

Could a moderator please help link my profile or assist me in getting my eSIM QR code delivered via email?
