Sim Card Permanently blocked due to wrong PUK

Dear O2 Customer Support,

I hope you are well.

My prepaid SIM card has been permanently blocked because I entered the wrong PUK code several times by mistake. Since then, I have not been able to use my number.

I have tried to contact your customer service by phone, but the call disconnects automatically after a few beeps, so I have not been able to reach an agent.

Could you please:

  1. Unblock or reactivate my SIM/number, or advise me on the exact steps I need to follow, and

  2. Convert my current prepaid SIM to an eSIM, as I would like to use this number as an eSIM on my smartphone.

Activation is not possible. If you have access to My o2, you can order a replacement SIM card; otherwise, you must contact the prepaid hotline.

I don’t have the access, the number you have provided is not working after some beeps call disconnects.

The automic lady is speaking and then when I click on 1 then call transfer and beep 2 to 3 times then it gets disconnected.

Then unfortunately your only option is to call the hotline. Perhaps a friend with good German skills can help you.
