I have already requested an eSIM replacement, so why hasn't it been sent to my email yet? I can't even reach a live customer service agent. Can I file a formal complaint via registered mail? Please get back to me as soon as possible.

because the QR code is sent to you by letter.

I am currently not in Germany and only need a new QR code; why can't it be sent via email? How can I get in touch with them?

Because o2 doesn't send replacement codes via email, someone with access to your mailbox would have to take a photo of the code for you, there is no other way!

I am currently not in Germany, so I wouldn't be able to receive it if they sent it to my email address.

Vodafone can do it, why can't this operator?

We’ve understood that you aren’t in Germany, take note of what I said.
That’s just how o2 does things; if that doesn’t work for you, then order from somewhere else!

So, I need to transfer—is that possible? Your carrier's processes are so complicated.

Why make it so complicated?

Yes, you can switch at any time. Your other question cannot be answered.
