bought prepaid sim for 9.99 used it up and recharged 15 euro. i see again charge for -9.99 and my balance is 0 after 1 day used 80mb of internet, no calls. where is my balance?

you used internet in Switzerland. Is is not included in EU-Roaming Option, so you had to pay for it. That's the reason why your balance is gone.
