Prepaid eSIM no signal in China - Need to lift Weltzone 4 roaming lock

Hi O2 team, I am currently in China with my O2 Prepaid eSIM, but I have no signal at all (No Service). I have tried manually selecting China Mobile and China Unicom networks, but it didn't work. Could a moderator please check my account and lift the roaming restriction (Auslandssperre for Weltzone 4) so I can receive SMS? Thank you!
