Porting my O2 preparid to another sevice provider - Help

I am currently using an O2 prepaid service and recently submitted a request to port my number to Lycamobile. However, the request was unfortunately rejected due to an issue noted as ‘Missing opt-in.’

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this matter, as I am eager to complete the porting process.
