New Prepaid line not working


I bought 2 prepaid lines yesterday. One is working perfect and I'm logged here with it. The other is working 5G but SMS and calls don't work.
 

I can't call the support because I don't speak German and I need help activating calls and SMS in the other line.

Welcome to the o2 Community.
Unfortunately, I do not fully understand your request. Does this mean that you have two prepaid cards and one is activated and the other is not?

The problem was solved, but it took 4 days. Basically I did nothing, o2 took 4 days to fully activate a prepaid line and there is no way to seek for help if you don't speak German when it comes down to prepaid. I tried every single support channel, it doesn't work. It's very unfortunate since it seems that most of the prepaid lines are sold to immigrants or foreigners.
