money from bank account deducted

Hello,

81.2 euros got deducted from my bank account by telefonica. I want to know why did it get cut? I didn’t buy anything. Please let me know.

I was happy to check for you. You are also logged in with your o2 prepaid card via your community login, and we don't have any debits for this amount there.

Did you perhaps recently sign up for another contract, perhaps with one of our subsidiaries, such as blau.de?

Otherwise, please contact our billing department at +49 89 78 79 79 456 (Mon. - Fri. 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.). Unfortunately, their service is only available in German; if necessary, the staff can arrange a call back in English.

Please have the information from your bank statement ready for them.

Unfortunately, we cannot clarify this debit here in the community.
