Unseen extra charges are never a nice find, let’s see what we got here. 

The easiest way to understand what is going on, is to have a look onto your invoice. You can simply check it, by logging into your Mein O₂ account an find it in the menu.

If you already had a look into this, my further question would be: Do you have itemized billing active so you can actively look into where you send SMS or MMS? 😊
