Dann führe die Identitätsprüfung erneut durch.

Ich habe jedoch keine neue Videoverifizierungsnummer. Meine ursprüngliche Nummer wird in der Identidy-App als bereits verifiziert angezeigt und kann nicht verwendet werden.

Rufe die Prepaid Hotline an.

I've completed video verification on the Identity app, and the technicians said the information has been entered and I should wait 3 to 4 hours to activate the eSIM. However, 48 hours have passed, and it's still inactive. I don't know what to do.

Warum doppelt? Dadurch wird es unübersichtlich und verzögert die Bearbeitung.

Yes, I can't make calls to German numbers, and I don't speak German. I'm sorry, I don't know what else to do. I'm going to Germany soon, and if I can't activate this eSIM, I'll have to buy an eSIM card after I arrive at the airport.

If possible, I would appreciate it if you could check in the backend to see why my video verification failed. If I need to re-verify, could you please provide a new verification number so I can use the IDENTITY app for verification?

I also tried downloading the mein O2 app, but I couldn't log in. After searching on Google, I found that it's probably because I'm not in Germany that I can't log in to the app.

welcome to our o2 Community 😀
Activating the esIm abroad is only possible to a limited extent.
It cannot be guaranteed on foreign networks.
If you cannot log in to the portal, it is not because you are abroad, but because the card has not yet been registered. 
Unfortunately, we do not have access to your data here in the community. 
The only way is via the prepaid hotline, or you can activate the card when you're here in Germany.

I saw on the website that the post office can verify the card's authenticity, but I only arrive in Germany on July 3rd, which is a month past the eSIM card's expiration date. I'm wondering if I need to reapply for an eSIM card and activate it at the post office upon arrival, or if I can use the eSIM card from my current order.
