I odered a prepaid o2 card and paid money for 1 mounth and after that i got a conformation mail abiut paymet and says after verify your identity activate your esim . so how do i need to verify my identity i havent received any mail regarding that

Have you already checked your spam or junk folder to see if you’ve received an email with information about identity verification or the available verification methods? Sometimes these emails end up there by mistake.
