hello

 

I wrongly entered the pin code and it was blocked and I no longer have access to the puk code. please help.

i m from Romania and no speak very good.

@liviucr13 did you have access to „mein o2“ customer center? Here you can find your Puk.


 

I have no access. I entered incorrectly and I am blocking access.

 

 

 in the meantime I think I remembered the correct pin. i guess..

does it mean that you have access to your SIM again?

If that is the case, try changing the passwort for your “Mein o2”-Account, so you can look up the PIN and PUK anytime you want.

If you still don´t have access, please contact the hotline in order to get the PIN and PUK.

 

Since we´re not allowed to share you PIN and PUK via PM, the hotline is the best solution.
