I can't access the PUK code from O2 browser app

Hello, I entered my PIN incorrectly 3 times and have to enter the PUK to access my SIM now. I logged into the O2 browser app via my email address and whenever I try to access the PUK it shows the  error “Server error ”. 

I can't solve my problem via Hotline as I don't speak German, and I visited O2 stores in person as well. They say they ca n't do anything regarding this matter and I would have to reach to the customer services online. 

Can someone help me? I am locked out of my SIM for almost a month now :/

Log in to the customer portal using your phone number as your username. Alternatively, call the English-speaking hotline.

Have you already followed this advice and contacted the English-speaking customer service team?

Thank you for the warm welcome and for checking in.

Unfortunately, calling the support team isn't an option for me right now as I don't have a working SIM or a landline to use.

Could you please help me resolve this directly through the forum or via the email associated with my o2 account? I'd really appreciate your help in getting my connection restored after such a long wait.

Hello ​@bludorange999, we would really love to help you with this. The PIN is a really sensitive information that we are not permitted to disclose without proper identification. Unfortunately, this is not possible here in the Community.

I'm sorry that I can't give you any information on that. I hope the tip about borrowing a mobile phone helps.

Hello ​@bludorange999, we were experiencing an issue where the PIN and PUK couldn’t be displayed for some accounts. The problem should now be resolved. 👍
Can you confirm this, and can you access your PUK via the online portal?
