date of birth problem new sim activation

I bought a new sim from edeka. When i registered the sim on O2 i entered the right DOB but now when i am activating the sim it say identification failed and under my data section i can see wrong DOB is enetered how can i go ahead

I already talked with the prepaid service they said try after one day i tried today same problem
