Yay, i just received my old number.
Thanks again for your help guys.

Also, Is this normal when my phone only got LTE or E and not 5G ?
im sure the problem is not my phone.
Plus, my roomate also use O2 Sim and she got 5G, so i dont think its about the zone either.

Your contract is enabled for 5G usage.
Is it working now?
If not, could you please test the SIM card in another phone?

There is auf keinen Fall that my phone is the problem, i can use 5G with old Sim or any Sim before this new one.

called 5 times

no solutions yet

keep telling me to change my phone cuz its old

it is old but still okay with old provider (iphone 11 is a bit old i guess)

went to a filiate also. Still no solution

only got LTE while old provider got 4G

still 10mbps lol

Hello ​@siun_john, that is not a very good speed indeed. Did you make the speedtest with LTE/4G also at or near your adress at Plz 90429 or at another place?

Regarding 5G, with your new Tarif you have 5G Standalone, which is different than 5G NSA - which usually is based still on LTE/4G - and the iPhone 11 is not ready for 5G SA, only for 5G NSA.

Yes, LTE and 4G is the same, and for 90429 Nürnberg ist is shown as working good in our live check

Also regarding our network coverage:

The colleagues fromj our technical department are still analysing the error report on your behalf as of now.
