Unauthorized Services Added to Contract

I am writing to formally complain about unauthorized services added to my o2 Mobile L Online (2024) contract, which was processed on May 12, 2026.

During my visit to your shop, I did not give my consent to the following services, yet they appear in my contract summary:

  • o2 Onlineschutz 24M (€1.99/month)
  • Multicard fee (€4.99/month)
  • o2 TV M 24M (Promo) (€4.99/month)

These services were added without my knowledge or explicit agreement by the shop representative.

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with your contract. Where did you sign it? Did you receive a copy of the contract documents?
