Submission of deregistration documents for cancellation O2 contract

I recently moved out of Germany. so, I spoke with the O2 customer care and cancelled the contract via online form. The person of customer care told me that I can submit my deregistration certificate later. But, I am little confused about how I should submit my certificates. Could you please guide me?
