war es dir inzwischen möglich deinen PIN und/oder PUK in Erfahrung zu bringen und funktioniert nun auch alles wieder?

Solltest du noch Unterstützung benötigen, lass es uns hier gerne wissen.

I am an O2 user but I don’t have the app

If you no longer have the SIM card holder, you will need to call again on Monday and ask for the PUK

We cannot disclose the SIM PIN here. 
As Bumer already wrote, please contact the English hotline on Monday and ask for the PUK.
You can then use the SIM card again.

the English hotline said I should call call the prepaid sims hotline but it’s in German

No, please have a friend who speaks good German call there for you.

It's unfortunate that you haven't received your PIN yet. For data protection reasons, we are not allowed to give it to you here in the community. In that case, I can only agree with Bumer. Perhaps you have someone in your circle who speaks German and can do this for you.
