How do you explain it to me?

quando ci clicco sopra ovviamente mi manda al forum quale altro browser dovrei provare? Non ne conosco nessuno a parte Google Edge e Firefox  I reset my password as requested and yet it still redirects me to the Forum and not to my personal page

Please avoid multiple postings. If you want to add something to your post at short notice, click on the 3 dots at the bottom right of the post and then on “Edit”
If you are already registered as a my Handy customer, please have a new password sent to you.
However, you will need to know the user name you entered when you first registered, or you can try using the email address stored in your customer details.
