Hallo ist es möglich einen Lte (Homespot) auf ein DSL Router umzustellen??

Vertrag würde so bleiben mit allen Optionen?

Ich hoffe, ich habe dich richtig verstanden. Du möchtest einen HomeSpot Tarif in einen DSL Vertrag umwandeln? Ist das richtig?

Ein Wechsel zwischen den beiden Tarifen ist leider nicht möglich. Es handelt sich dabei ja um zwei unterschiedliche Produkte.

Wenn du deinen HomeSpot Tarif nicht mehr nutzen möchtest, kannst du ihn zum Ende der Vertragslaufzeit beenden und einen

DSL Vertrag neu abschliessen. Wenn du noch Fragen hast, melde dich gerne hier noch einmal.

Guten Morgen, ich nutze seit zwei Monaten LTE/5G-Internet mit einem O2 Homebox 5D DS Router. Aufgrund der sehr schlechten Internetverbindung erreiche ich oft nur 0,89 Mbit/s. Meine Frage: Kann ich meinen Vertrag während der Vertragslaufzeit auf DSL umstellen? Auf der O2-Website habe ich gesehen, dass an meiner Adresse DSL mit 16 Mbit/s (O2 Home XS) verfügbar ist. Wir machen dir gern einen Technologiewechsel fertig, aber es sind tatsächlich nur 12-16 Mbit/s verfügbar.

magst du uns dann noch die Lage der TAE Dose verraten, z.B. Ein-oder Mehrfamilienhaus, welche Etage, vom Haupteingang aus die linke, rechte oder mittige Wohnung.
