i want to cancel my contract

Hey 

i want to cancel my contract with o2 I called them they said they can’t cancel now its only possible in first 14 days but in my o2 app it show that i can cancel it with one month notice period what should I do . I am being charged but never used that sim

    You can cancel (widerrufen) within 14 days but if it is a flex contract you can terminate (kündigen) at any time with 1 month's notice.

    It's great that bs0 was already here to support you. How long have you had the contract?

    If you only have a one-month notice period for your contract, you can of course get out of the contract after one month. What kind of contract do you have exactly?
