How to pause my contract

When I took the O2 contract I was told that when I go outside Germany, I can pause my contract and when I come back, I can resume it. Can someone show me where that option is?

    If you leave the country for a time between two months to a year, you can “pause” your contract. You can request this directly through your mein o2 account. If you have any further questions about this pleae ask.
