Hi, I recently ordered an O2 prepaid eSIM online , but I haven’t received the identity verification email yet. Could someone please let me know how long it normally takes to receive the email, and what I should do if I don’t receive it?

    Yes, I received the order confirmation email with order number, but I have not received the identity verification email yet.

    Then your only option is to call the prepaid service, there is no other way!
