I have one call from o2 and I got April ,email to confirmation and then all tharif got with an email in April 

And why didn't you revoke the contract in April? How did you agree to the contract, via voice recording or email?

By mistake I agree that time I understand my old Betrag Money will reduce .I didn't understand  that is new eSim   could you please help me to cancel that
