Discount Kombi-Vorteil* is not applied

Since I am a new customer, I was offered the  o2 Mobile M Boost Online package( which originally cost €37.99) with + o2 Home L 250(cost  €44.99) with “ 19 EUR Kombi-Vorteil* ”  discount for mobile and “ 12 months EUR 20 discount on the basic fee (until January 3rd, 2025) ” for internet, but after activation of my cellular I received e-mail with contract details which stated that basic price s 37.99 without any discount, also in My O2 in section with tariff in prices and discount no discount data displayed
