Hello,
I canceled my contract on December 28 2023 (effective on February 3rd 2024 – end of contract). On December 28 2023, I recieved an email saying O2 correctly recieved my termination, and would process it. Today I contacted the support to know the status, and I was told they could not process my termination because one date does not match. After I asked which information was wrong, support answer was “we cannot see”. When I requested to process my termination of December 28, they answered me once again “we cannot proccess it”.
I was never contacted by O2 (text/email/call/letter), so I really don’t know how to solve this. Can someone support? Thank you.
