I have not been using my O2 sim since a month but still i got an invoice of upwards of 85 euro, moreover for students like me the language is a problem , the O2 helpline only operates in german. I would like a refund of the amount that i paid for my last billing as it is falsely made.

Invoices are issued retroactively. The invoice details what the €85 is for and the service period. You can also call the English-speaking hotline on Friday.

Not using the SIM doesn't mean you have nothing to pay. Have you even looked at the invoice to see what was charged for and for what period? If something really does seem to be incorrect you can use the contact form to request that it be looked at.

Hello @Cherished weasal,

welcome to the o2 community. We're glad you're here. A higher bill is never nice, especially when you don't know why.  Bumer and bs0 have already provided you with the right information here. Thank you both. 🤝
What is the current status? Have you been able to look at the bill in the meantime and find out how it was calculated?

Best regards
Daniela

Yes but i wasn’t able to get through the English call center assistant , hence i’m not able to receive the money that i unnecessarily paid for. Please do help me with the same.

What exactly is wrong with your invoice? What were you charged for that is incorrect?

@Cherished weasal

Thank you for your feedback. It's unfortunate that you haven't been able to reach anyone yet. I agree with bs0's question. Have you looked at the bill and seen exactly what you are being charged for? You can also find the relevant billing period there. Even if you don't use the contract, the basic fees still apply.

Best regards
Daniela
