extra money deducted

Hello, In November o2 took money from my account and it got credited back. But i payed the amount directly to back account after visiting nearby 02 store. Butvthe next month they again took the money for November along with December bill. I want to know if my money will be refsince i already paid my bill once. Thanks

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

I could take a look, the debiting of the last two installments was already underway when you transferred the rate from beginning of December, as debits have to be announced about a week beforehand to your bank.

Now you have a credit for the upcoming installment, as this will be offset by your credit. Then the next debiting will be End of February 🙂
