I got a call from O2 may be two months back and they changed my contract and they said from next month i have to pay 20 euro every month but am paying same as previous 22,34 euro. Can you please check

    welcome to the o2 Community. It's annoying when your bill shows a different amount than agreed, I can understand that. Have you checked your bill? On page 2 of your bill, you will find all the information about the services charged.
