Want to upgrade my DSL S to DSL XL

Hello O2 team,

I want to upgrade my current DSL S to DSL My home XL. Please check and let me know the tariff and other details for changing the plan.

welcome to our community. :slight_smile:

I check the availability and we are able to offer My Home XL at your address. By now you rent a Homebox for using DSL but this won’t work with the VDSL contract. You need a Fritzbox 7590 which is charged 5,99 EUR/monthly on top to the basic fee of 44,99 EUR. Before we send you a personal offer:

Would you like to purchase a router or do you wish to rent it on top?

The new o2 Homebox 6742 (“o2 Homebox 3”) also supports VDSL2 supervectoring (up to 250 Mbit/s). Rent is 3,99 EUR/month.

Is there any offers/discounts on the upgrade for the existing O2 DSL customers? 

We would like to explore the O2 My home L plan as well.

Please check and let us know.

We would like to have our own router.

I have seen the two offer provided by the @o2_Manga but the price will not suit my budget. So I’m going with my current plan.
