on 8th January I made the payment of 28,80 to O2.

And today I have received 2 emails saying you didn’t receive my last payment so my internet

will be blocked. Also received a bill of double that amount. I just have here the receipt from my Bank proving I made the payment. 

How can I forward the receipt and solve this, please?

If you received an invoice for double the amount, it seems likely to me that you simply transferred too little. You can check in "Mein o2" whether and when the last invoices have been paid by you.
As long as you have entered the correct bank details and the correct reason for payment, it can be assumed that your payment has been received and booked, so that the submission of a receipt is pointless. If necessary, check your bank statement to see if you have made a mistake there.

Please always make your payment no later than the payment date indicated on the invoice. To avoid future payment arrears, it is advisable to give o2 a direct debit authorization. Then you don't have to worry about anything and you save the reminder fees.

I paid the correct amount which they sent me on the bill. Few days late because I was travelling, it is ok if it comes with a fine but not double the amount. 

And the email I received from O2 said they didn't receive my payment (so it means any of the money). But I have here the bank statement that I did with all the correct info. So I just wanna sent the receipt and solve this as soon as possible.

Did you state your customer number as reference in your transfer sheet?Just the 10 digits and no text?

Otherwise takes a bit longer to assign the payment to your contract. 

We don’t have any access to the billing system so we are unable to assist you right here.

ah and yes I wrote the customer number. Every month I do the same thing, not sure what happened now. But will call tomorrow, thank you again!
