Order Confirmation not received for DSL internet

Hello,

 

I have ordered DSL internet with Fritzbox router. The router was delivered successfully. However, still I have not received any order confirmation or welcome mail from O2 containing username and other credentials.

I still need the order confirmation for the username and password needed to activate the router.

How and when will I receive the order confirmation?

I was happy to check your contract for you. It was activated a few days ago already.

We sent you the activation documents, including the internet access data, by mail on July 31, 2025. I'm very sorry if the letter didn't reach you; that's really unfortunate.

I've just arranged for the letter to be sent to you by email so you can start using the router.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

The order confirmation is usually sent by post, not by email. Please ensure that your name is displayed on your doorbell and letterbox so that the letter can be delivered.

But according to the instructions on the App, I will receive it either by email or per post.

As you wrote yourself: If you haven't received an email (check your spam folder), it will probably come by post. Is there something unclear about the word ‘or’?
