o2 Deustchland is a joke. A VERY bad one. WORST SERVICE EVER - Complaint

I signed a contract with o2 thinking I would get good internet service. What I got instead was the worst service I’ve ever had. After receiving the Fritzbox, I set it up as requested and it didn’t work. 

I tried asking the online community, watching videos, calling o2 (at least 8 times) with no help. The box was connecting fine, but no internet. I tried to get a technician to come. I called customer service many times. They would put me through to the technicians and they would either hang up or make up excuses to not come. I asked several German friends to help me speak to the technicians and that didn’t help either. 

Since starting the contract, I never received any service. No internet for the entire time. As you can imagine, I’m already annoyed. So I want to quit my contract. I’ve had no service, so why shouldn’t I be able to quit. I’m told to write a letter to the main office. I explain the situation. Post my letter and wait for the reply. All the time, I’m STILL paying o2 for NOTHING. Still no internet.

The reply I receive says they can’t cancel my contract because they can’t find any problems. Are you kidding? You’ve done nothing for me except waste my time and piss me off.

This is hands down the worst service I’ve ever received from a company. An absolute shit show.

I can’t share error codes because nothing ever worked.

That’s not possible. If you Setup the fritzbox, than you have access to the fritzbox, wether dsl ist working or not. 
 

The box has LED indicators, what do they show? Green, red, flashing or steady?
