My monthly billing keep going up every month.

My monthly billing keep increasing every month. first month i paid 41.42 Euro, next month 39.99, and then59.31 and next 67.97 and now is 81.44 Euro. I want to know that is happening.

Then you should compare the recent invoices to see what is different. Page 2 shows exactly what you have been charged for. Maybe calls to telephone numbers not included in your contract?

I have a flat rate mobile contract including 120Gb of data per month. and an unlimited data internet. for these reason I can’t understand why the billing keep changing every month.

Hello @Chuckiman, were you able to take a look at the invoices already?

And were you able to identify the exact reason for the invoice amount being higher than usual?

Hello o2_Steffen, Thanks for your response.

I have checked my Mein O2 and there is nothing showing any additional cost.

I have not ordered any new services from O2, so its still a situation I can’t understand.

The tariff contract I have does not show a high amount as what is taken in a month.

I see what happens this month, if the same I will have to contact O2.
